Other people's experience, knowledge, emotional, social and practical help can be a vital resource. We'd love you to join our warm, safe and supportive meetings to meet other siblings who each have a journey to share.

When are the meetings?

We meet at 7pm on the first Thursday of every month. Please do email us to find out the room number as it can sometimes change.

When is the next meeting?

Thursday 3rd October '19

What happens at a meeting?

You lead the discussions, we are simply there to facilitate the space and occasionally book a guest speaker. We share our stories in a safe and confidential space. We talk openly, we laugh, we cry and most of all, we are understood. As well as sharing our emotions relating to having a sibling with mental ill health, we also share resources and tips on how to keep ourselves well.

How do you join us?
