Other people’s experience, knowledge, emotional, social and practical help can be a vital resource. We’d love you to join our warm, safe and supportive meetings to meet other siblings who each have a journey to share.
Next Meeting – 4th June 2020
In order for us to work in accordance with the updated Government advice and guidance, we will be continuing to offer our services through ,online facetime and email support.
Our June peer support group will be held online. Please email if you would like to join.
Where and when do we meet?
We meet at 7pm on the first Thursday of every month.
What happens at a meeting?
You lead the discussions, we are simply there to facilitate the space and occasionally book a guest speaker. We share our stories in a safe and confidential space. We talk openly, we laugh, we cry and most of all, we are understood. As well as sharing our emotions relating to having a sibling with mental ill health, we also share resources and tips on how to keep ourselves well.
