Meetings

Other people’s experience, knowledge, emotional, social and practical help can be a vital resource. We’d love you to join our warm, safe and supportive meetings to meet other siblings who each have a journey to share.

With much pride and enormous gratitude, we want to let you all know that Sibling Link is coming to a gentle end.

We hope that by having attended these meetings, you know that you’re not alone in your journey as a worried sibling or bereaved loved one.

These are our last meetings to be held:

Last  Online Meeting – 7pm Thursday 2nd May 2024

Last In Person Meeting – 9th May at BHASVIC

205 Dyke Rd, East Sussex, Hove BN3 6EG

Where and when do we meet?

We meet at 7pm on the first Thursday of every month.

What happens at a meeting?

You lead the discussions, we are simply there to facilitate the space and occasionally book a guest speaker. We share our stories in a safe and confidential space. We talk openly, we laugh, we cry and most of all, we are understood. As well as sharing our emotions relating to having a sibling with mental ill health, we also share resources and tips on how to keep ourselves well.
